I graduated from the Colorado Institute of massage therapy school in April of 2000. Along with my Massage Therapy certification, I became certified in Neuromuscular Therapy.

Because I knew there was so much to learn, I started taking classes in Lymphatic Therapies, CranioSacral Therapies, Visceral Manipulation, and Heart Centering. I am continuing my education by taking classes to learn more about cranial restrictions, and brain trauma, pain connection. I have recently broadened my practice to include Myofascial Equine release. This will enable me to work with horse and rider, enhancing movement and balance for both pleasure and competition riding.
